The hotel had this amazing rooftop called Cherry On the Rooftop where we partied all night. The drinks were off the hook, especially the Bartender's Creations. And dude, the sushi selection by the pool was next level!
The only thing we wished for was a super cool club or party scene within the hotel. We had to go out to experience the Beirut nightlife.

clean, good conditions, excellent location, great breakfast, it could have been better. Relatively expensive. If you take it, it's better Deluxe.
Matching price and quality. Breakfast.

The room at Le Gray was absolutely stunning! It felt like stepping into my own private paradise with the perfect balance of modern luxury and cozy comfort. The view of the historic Downtown and the Mediterranean sun pouring in made my heart skip a beat. Being a guest with disabilities, I appreciated the thoughtful design that made everything easily accessible and convenient for me.
Honestly, the only thing I liked less was the fact that the room didn't have a bathtub. But hey, I know some people prefer showers, so it's just my personal preference.

chic and trendy
For what one pays, one should get far better service. They mixed up with the babysitter reservation even though I asked for it and reconfirmed it many times before and upon arrival. There was no follow up and proactiveness from their side. We ended up missing one major event because of the delay in arrival of the babysitter

Excellent, very good hotel, location is very good right in heart of the city, staff are very friendly and helpful, room was very spacious and clean... Hotel design is very nice and contemporary. Nice touches inside the room, like a welcoming note from the manager, even an introductory tour from the night manager (when I arrived) explaining the different facilities inside the room and what the hotel has to offer (bars, restaurants etc). Very Pleasant experience.
The rates was a bit confusing, I ended up paying almost double for my stay by adding two extra nights..

The absolute best parts of the hotel were the location and the staff. We were always greeted by our names, the concierge (Lisa especially, but they were all lovely), spent a lot of time with us, gave us great suggestions for things to do (which they arranged) and places to eat (all of which were fantastic), and even called us on her night off to see if we enjoyed our day. We were so busy we didn't stay in the hotel much, but it also has a small but spectacular infinity pool on the roof for when the weather is warmer. The little details of the room were also nice- fruit, newspaper each morning, weather forecast, free wifi, toiletries, turn down service. Worth every penny.

Title: Wonderful Stay at a Lovely Hotel in Beirut
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is a bit more patience and understanding from the young staff. While they were generally friendly, sometimes I wished they would take their time to explain things in a more considerate manner.

I had an amazing Christmas at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Plus, the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to all the best sights and shopping. I also loved the luxurious amenities and comfortable rooms, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
That some of the prices were quite high, but I guess that's to be expected at such a fancy hotel. , the gym was a bit small, but it was still well-equipped and I was able to get a good workout in.

The art work , particularly the pearl , smartie elephant in the foyer , was very fine and enjoyable to see. The staff were very attentive and expert at their roles.
We were on the 5th floor in a very nice room . But on the first night , late at night there was a lot of noise from the music in the bar upstairs the base beat of which reverberated into our room . I slept throughout but my wife complained to me that it kept her awake.
